Return your purchase

A full 14-day right of return applies to items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

A notice of withdrawal must be sent to us no later than 14 days after delivery and the returned items must be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed that you are exercising your right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must follow the five steps below:

  1. Send an email to info@rogerz.dk, stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
  2. Fill out our RMA form.
  3. Pack your return items securely. Please use the cardboard box and packaging the order arrived in*.
    Remember to include a note with your name and order number in the box.
  4. Buy a GLS returlabel from us, print it out and attach it to the return package.
    Alternatively, you are welcome to purchase your own shipping label and send to:

    NOTE: If you purchase your own shipping label, your package must be sent without delivery attempts. If the package is sent with delivery, we will not accept the package.
  5. Drop off the package at a parcel shop. Remember to get a receipt for the drop-off.

From the time we receive your package until we refund the owed amount, it can take up to 5 business days**.
Please note that it may take up to an additional five banking days before the funds are credited to your account. 

*Any damage caused by the buyer or during shipping to us will result in a reduction of the refunded amount.

**Any shipping costs will not be refunded for returns.

Condition of the item upon return

You are liable for any reduction in the item's value that is caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, characteristics and functioning. This means you may try the item on in the same way as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, it will be considered used and of reduced value. This means that when withdrawing from the purchase you will receive a smaller portion or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Rogerz ApS to assess the item's condition.
